Once a purchase is made, Firesale makes it easy for buyers and sellers to connect — safely and privately. We want your experience to be smooth, respectful, and hassle-free.

Here’s how communication works, and a few tips to keep it positive and productive.


📧 How communication works

After a buyer places an order, Firesale creates a secure, anonymous group email thread connecting the buyer and seller. This allows both parties to:

  • Ask questions

  • Coordinate pickup or delivery

  • Confirm any final details

You can reply to the email just like any regular message — but your personal email address stays hidden unless you choose to share it.


🔐 Privacy is built in

  • We do not share your email, phone number, or other private info automatically

  • You’re free to share your contact info with the other party if you both agree

  • You can keep all communications through Firesale’s system if you prefer privacy


🙌 Be kind, clear, and respectful

Good communication helps things go smoothly. Whether you're buying or selling, please:

  • Respond in a timely manner

  • Be polite and patient — we’re all human

  • Avoid aggressive language or pressure

  • Respect each other’s time and preferences


🚫 What not to do

  • Don’t harass, spam, or threaten anyone

  • Don’t ask for or offer off-platform payments unless agreed upon

  • Don’t share personal info unless you feel comfortable doing so
