Be honest and accurate in your videos and listings
Don’t mislead or trick buyers — no fake pricing, fake items, or false claims
Don’t impersonate others or create fake accounts
🛡️ Be Safe
Keep all communication within Firesale’s platform (via anonymous email)
Never share sensitive personal info (social security, bank info, etc.)
Meet in public places when possible, and bring a friend if it makes you more comfortable
Trust your instincts — if something feels off, report it
🙌 Be Respectful
Treat buyers, sellers, and support staff with courtesy and respect
No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats — zero tolerance
Don't use Firesale to promote political, religious, or controversial content
Respect local laws and community rules when selling or picking up items
📦 Be a Great Seller (or Buyer)
Only post real, available items — no spam or “just checking interest” listings
Ship or meet promptly once an item is sold
If something changes, communicate clearly and respectfully
Don't pressure people into buying or selling — Firesale is a no-hassle zone
🚫 What’s Not Allowed
Breaking our guidelines may result in:
Listing removal
Temporary account suspension
Permanent ban for serious or repeated violations
Our Trust & Safety Team reviews all reports and takes action to protect the Firesale community.
