No problem. Each purchase record includes access to the anonymous group email we created at the time of purchase. You can reply anytime to:
Confirm pickup details
Ask a follow-up question
Resolve any issues
Your personal email address is never revealed — it's all handled through our secure messaging system.
🔐 Where to find your Purchase History:
Log into your Firesale account
Go to “My Account”
Tap “Purchase History” to view your full list
From there, you can click into any order for more details or message the seller again.
