At Firesale, we prioritize your satisfaction and safety. That's why every purchase made through our platform is backed by our Free Purchase Protection policy.

What's Covered

If you receive an item that is:

  • Not as described

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Missing from your order

  • Not delivered at all

You're eligible to file a claim under our Purchase Protection policy.

How It Works

  1. Inspect Your Item Promptly: Upon receiving your item, please inspect it immediately.

  2. Report Issues Within 2 Days: If there's a problem, contact us within two days of delivery to initiate a claim.

  3. Provide Necessary Information: We'll guide you through submitting the required details and any supporting documentation.

  4. Resolution: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

What's Not Covered

  • Items that don't fit or you no longer want

  • Transactions conducted outside of Firesale's platform

  • In-person cash transactions

  • Items prohibited by Firesale's policies
